We strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or replacement. Due to health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or have broken seals.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage or incorrect items.

    Approval & Labeling

    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the unopened bottles back into their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided label.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After our cellar team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
